UPDATED 2022!!

Welcome to the new site for MS Appraisers! I was forced to upgrade the core site which also resulted in my changing the look. I won't go into why it was necessary and I know everyone hates change, but it is what it is. Please let me know if you have any issues while we complete the transition. Most features shoudl work the same while it looks a little different. Thanks for your patience during this transition to what I hope will be a faster, more efficient site.
